Safety Infomation
The working pressure for the compressed air is to be adjusted with a precision pressure regulator and should not exceed the maximum allowed pressure of 1,7 bar / 25 PSI gauge pressure. At higher pressure the safety valve will open.
In case of any defect on the safety valve, it may only be replaced by Picote original spare parts with the same opening pressure. Do not use the drum, if the safety valve does not work.
Maximum allowable air flow from the compressor is 2800 m / min 3
Always use the brakes to lock the front wheels when the Lining Drum is stationary. It is important that the Lining Drum is standing still during operation.
Always use the Lining Drum on an even surface to prevent it from tipping
The Lining Drum should be pressure and leak tested at a certified testing facility if it has been dropped, knocked over or is otherwise suspected to be damaged.
The Lining Drum should only be used for the installation of flexible CIPP liners and Calibration Tube and related CIPP accessories related to CIPP Inversion.
During steam or hot water curing the Lining Drum may get very hot to the touch.
Always depressurize the Lining Drum before attempting to open the hatch.
The Lining Drum may not be modified without consultation and written agreement from the Picote Solutions representative.
